| Former employee and MM fan Charles
Beris has setup a website for the cause. Visit SaveMagicMountain.com
and find out more. You can even get a SaveMagicMountain
t-shirt or bumper sticker (I don't make anything off this.) |

Roger Babin, who grew
up in Panorama City, sent me some great '70's pics of Busch Gardens
Van Nuys. He also included this classic pic of Shamu at Sea
World from September 1971. Thanks, Roger!

David Porter sent in front and back shots
of his souvenir Colossus coin from Magic Mountain, circa 1978 or so.
Check it out on the Magic Mountain
Miscellaneous page. |

Be sure to also visit The
Imaginary World and it is chock full of pictures from lost parks
around the country. Theme park fan Dan Goodsell has put a lot of
energy into building a site that's guaranteed to stir some memories!

Here's a pic
of me when I was five, riding the Bumblebee Monorail at Santa's Village in
San Bernardino, CA. No tribute page for this one yet, but maybe
someday.

This is a simple fan site for people who, like me,
want to remember their favorite theme parks of yesterday. Growing up
in Southern California in the '70's, I am partial to (the pre-Six Flags)
Magic Mountain, Busch Gardens (Van Nuys) and
Marineland (Palos Verdes).
This site will have links to other fan/tribute sites so that we can all
remember together! Oh, and because I miss Horizons at Epcot,
it is included in the list as well!
